Comments:

Second registered owner of a local car, currently with 54,200 on the clock. Bought it with 39,000 on it. Not a restored car. I have had the car since August '76. I always drove MGs, and got sick of the dual SUs and the oil leaks. I had to have this car once I saw it, and sold off my MG TF to buy it.

The car remained in the same family since new, and the original owner's daughter held onto it after her father's death in 1966. She had it redone in the original colors with Ditzler lacquer and had the bumpers rechromed. Once that was completed, she sold it to the paint shop owner who had repainted the car. I bought it from him, and he's still around and still painting.

I have attached documents that came with the car that may aid you in your research on the dual carb Buicks.

(Editor's note: The photos below show the original bill of sale and warranty information. Note on the bill of sale that the original buyer bought the car for $898.00 after trading in a 1937 Packard sedan!)
