in Brunswick, OH has a '40 Plymouth that belonged to his great-grandfather that he restoring from the ground-up. I'm looking forward to seeing his project in person, since he lives fairly close to me. I think we'll have a lot to share with one another as our projects progress.

Skip Ylhainen out of San Marcos, California, picked up this pair of '42 90-series limousines. The black one is a 6-passenger formal sedan, while the one in primer is a rarer 8-passenger limousine. You can see more of his stuff at www.ronrestore.com, including the rebirth of these giant cars.

Looks like Dennis Passan has finished his '49 Roadmaster convertible. You might remember this one from the January 2003 Readers Chime In editorial when it was just a bare shell. You've come a long way, Dennis. Now all you need is a set of wide-whitewall radials and you'll have the perfect resto-rod.
